Like I said I have been
off the poetry radar for two years
And it has been a journey of solitude
and of soul searching.
Conceiving so many words,
images, ideas and stanza's
And yet keep them all
cropped up inside.
Not sure what to expect
But I am prepared
to listen to the inside of the me

Two Years of Absence
For a little more than two years
I have been absent from the poetry scene
mainly as a performer
However I have done
background work with various poets
and poetry related projects.
For the year 2014
I will be gracing different stages
with my poetry and thoughts
Trust that the might of the Word
will again bring to the fore
My ideals and convictions.
I am looking forward to 2014
As a performing poet.
Keep your eye on this space
I will fill it up with Words
